The inner bag (18 cm x 8.5 cm) has room for up to 2 standard-size insulin pens, 3 cartridges of 3 ml each, 4 cartridges of 1.5 ml each, or 2 ampoules of 10 ml each. This cooler is designed for insulin and GLP-1 pens.

Everyday use
To activate it, immerse the FRIO VIVA DOPPEL in cool water for about 10 minutes: the cooling crystals inside turn into a cooling gel, the inner bag expands to 3–4 cm in height and feels damp. Then place insulin, pens, or other medication in the activated inner bag. When the crystals become noticeable again, re-immersing it for 3–5 minutes is enough to refresh the cooling effect. For metal pens, electronic devices, an EpiPen, or an allergy pen, an additional waterproof nylon inner bag is recommended for protection. Wash the outer bag by hand in warm water with a mild cleaning product. For optimal cooling performance, FRIO recommends replacing the bag every two years.
Then place the filled, patted-dry inner bag into the outer bag.

How long does it take to ship my Zuckerschmuck® order?
We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Your order will normally be sent to the post office by letter, large letter or parcel the same day or the next day after payment has been received.
Attention: Letters may not be accepted by packing stations, so always specify a normal home address with a mailbox as the delivery address.
When paying via PayPal or credit card, the credit to our account is usually made immediately, which means we ship the next day.
