The elastic bands have a standard length of 40 cm and can be easily shortened with scissors. If you need a longer band, simply let us know your arm circumference + 5 cm in the comment field when ordering. You will receive the longer band at no additional cost. Of course, you can always order replacement bands separately or reorder them later!
Practical Tips for Adjustment
Our tip for handling: When threading, small loops of adhesive tape can help, which are attached to the left and right ends of the band. Afterwards, you can reshape the ends of the band with scissors and carefully seal the fibers with a lighter.
