The FRIO VIVA DOPPEL cooler in black is a discreet diabetes cooler with a zipper: It protects insulin and other medications from high temperatures, without electricity, cooling elements, or batteries. This cooler is designed for insulin and GLP-1 pens.

Everyday use
You activate the FRIO VIVA DOPPEL black in about 10 minutes: To do so, place it in cool water until the crystals inside have turned into a gel and the inner bag is 3 to 4 cm high and slightly damp. Then store insulin pens, cartridges, or your EpiPen in the activated inner bag. For continuous cooling, simply immerse it again for 3 to 5 minutes as soon as the crystals become firm again. Wash the outer bag by hand in warm water with a mild cleaning agent.
Then place the filled, dabbed-dry inner bag in the outer bag.
The active FRIO bag works through evaporation and requires air circulation. Follow the enclosed instructions for initial activation and regular rewetting.

How long does it take to ship my Zuckerschmuck® order?
We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Your order will normally be sent to the post office by letter, large letter or parcel the same day or the next day after payment has been received.
Attention: Letters may not be accepted by packing stations, so always specify a normal home address with a mailbox as the delivery address.
When paying via PayPal or credit card, the credit to our account is usually made immediately, which means we ship the next day.
