Everyday use
According to the manufacturer, Hyporest is the first dextrose product of its kind: The mini-tablets are coated with an ultra-thin protective film that dissolves after swallowing and releases the dextrose, meaning that the teeth and tongue come into hardly any contact with the sugar. When experiencing low blood sugar, many people reach for sweets or fruit juices, but their sweet taste can trigger cravings. With its flavorless, individually dosable form, Hyporest offers an alternative: Simply take out the desired amount and determine the quantity of dextrose yourself. Swallow the mini-tablets whole with some liquid; do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Store the sachets closed, in a cool, dry place between 4 and 25 degrees Celsius, and out of the reach of young children. The packaging is made of recyclable polypropylene (PP). Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.

How long do the stickers last?
Stickers for CGM sensors last for the entire duration of sensor use, spanning several weeks to months. They look just as good on the last day as they did on the first. Stickers for readers last for several months to years and can be removed from the device without leaving a trace. Stickers for patch pumps such as Omnipod, Omnipod DASH, Omnipod %, and Accu-Chek Solo can be reused up to three times.
