Everyday use
To activate the FRIO Single purple cooler, first immerse it in cool water for around 10 minutes: The crystals inside turn into a gel, the inner bag expands to a height of 3 to 4 cm, and feels damp. Then place your insulin pen in the activated inner bag. For daily use, briefly soak it again for 3 to 5 minutes once the crystals feel firm again. Wash the outer bag by hand in warm water with a mild cleaning product.
Then place the filled, patted-dry inner bag inside the outer bag.
The active FRIO bag works through evaporation and requires air circulation. Follow the enclosed instructions for initial activation and regular rewetting.

How long does it take to ship my Zuckerschmuck® order?
We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Your order will normally be sent to the post office by letter, large letter or parcel the same day or the next day after payment has been received.
Attention: Letters may not be accepted by packing stations, so always specify a normal home address with a mailbox as the delivery address.
When paying via PayPal or credit card, the credit to our account is usually made immediately, which means we ship the next day.
