Everyday use
To activate it, immerse the FRIO GRANDE in cool water for about 10 minutes: The crystals inside turn into a cooling gel, causing the inner bag to expand to a height of 3 to 4 cm and feel damp. Then place your insulin pens or Bydureon pens in the activated inner bag. With continuous use, re-immerse it for 3 to 5 minutes as soon as the crystals feel firm again. Hand-wash the outer bag in warm water with a mild cleaning product.
Then place the filled, patted-dry inner bag inside the outer bag.
The active FRIO bag works through evaporation and requires air circulation. Follow the enclosed instructions for initial activation and regular rewetting.

How long does it take to ship my Zuckerschmuck® order?
We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Your order will normally be sent to the post office by letter, large letter or parcel the same day or the next day after payment has been received.
Attention: Letters may not be accepted by packing stations, so always specify a normal home address with a mailbox as the delivery address.
When paying via PayPal or credit card, the credit to our account is usually made immediately, which means we ship the next day.
