The FRIO Single Black cooler is a compact cooler for exactly one insulin pen and reliably protects it from high temperatures, without electricity, cooling elements, or batteries. This cooler is designed for insulin and GLP-1 pens.

Everyday use
Before first use, place the FRIO Single Black in cool water for about 10 minutes: The crystals inside turn into a gel, the inner bag expands to a height of 3 to 4 cm and feels damp. Then place your insulin pen in the activated inner bag. With continuous use, re-soaking for 3 to 5 minutes is sufficient as soon as the crystals become solid again. Hand-wash the outer bag in warm water with a mild cleaning product.
Then place the filled, blotted-dry inner bag inside the outer bag.
The active FRIO bag works through evaporation and requires air circulation. Follow the enclosed instructions for initial activation and regular re-wetting.

How long does it take to ship my Zuckerschmuck® order?
We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Your order will normally be sent to the post office by letter, large letter or parcel the same day or the next day after payment has been received.
Attention: Letters may not be accepted by packing stations, so always specify a normal home address with a mailbox as the delivery address.
When paying via PayPal or credit card, the credit to our account is usually made immediately, which means we ship the next day.
If you pay in advance, it can take a few days, depending on the bank, for the money to be credited to our account. If you would like to shorten the delivery time, you can send us a screenshot/transfer receipt to info@zuckerschmock.shop . The order will then be prepared for dispatch immediately.
