Everyday use
Before using the FRIO VIVA DOPPEL purple for the first time, immerse it in cool water for about 10 minutes: The crystals inside turn into a gel, and the inner bag expands to a height of 3 to 4 cm and becomes slightly damp. Insulin pens, cartridges, or vials are then placed in the activated inner bag. For continuous cooling, simply immerse it again for 3 to 5 minutes once the crystals become firm again. Wash the outer bag by hand in warm water with a mild cleaning agent.
The filled, patted-dry inner bag is then placed inside the outer bag.
The active FRIO bag works through evaporation and requires air circulation. Follow the enclosed instructions for initial activation and regular rewetting.

How long does it take to ship my Zuckerschmuck® order?
We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Your order will normally be sent to the post office by letter, large letter or parcel the same day or the next day after payment has been received.
Attention: Letters may not be accepted by packing stations, so always specify a normal home address with a mailbox as the delivery address.
When paying via PayPal or credit card, the credit to our account is usually made immediately, which means we ship the next day.
