Everyday use
Before first use, place the FRIO Double purple in cool water for about 10 minutes. The crystals inside will turn into a gel, the inner bag will expand to a height of 3 to 4 cm and feel damp; then store insulin pens or cartridges in the activated inner bag. For daily use, re-soaking for 3 to 5 minutes is sufficient once the crystals become firm again. Hand-wash the outer bag in warm water with a mild cleaning product.
Then place the filled, patted-dry inner bag inside the outer bag.
The active FRIO bag works through evaporation and requires air circulation. Follow the enclosed instructions for initial activation and regular re-moistening.

How long does it take to ship my Zuckerschmuck® order?
We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Your order will normally be sent to the post office by letter, large letter or parcel the same day or the next day after payment has been received.
Attention: Letters may not be accepted by packing stations, so always specify a normal home address with a mailbox as the delivery address.
When paying via PayPal or credit card, the credit to our account is usually made immediately, which means we ship the next day.
If you pay in advance, it can take a few days, depending on the bank, for the money to be credited to our account. If you would like to shorten the delivery time, you can send us a screenshot/transfer receipt to info@zuckerschmock.shop . The order will then be prepared for dispatch immediately.
