The green FRIO DOPPEL cooler is a cooler for insulin pens and insulin cartridges: It protects insulin and medications from high temperatures, without electricity, cooling elements, or batteries. This cooler is designed for insulin and GLP-1 pens.

Everyday use
To cool the green FRIO Double, first place it in cool water for around 10 minutes: The crystals inside turn into a gel, the inner bag expands to a height of 3 to 4 cm and feels damp; then place your insulin pens or cartridges inside. With continuous use, a brief soak of 3 to 5 minutes is sufficient as soon as the crystals become firm again. Hand-wash the outer bag in warm water with a mild cleaning product.
The active FRIO bag works through evaporation and requires air circulation. Follow the enclosed instructions for initial activation and regular rewetting.

How long does it take to ship my Zuckerschmuck® order?
We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Your order will normally be sent to the post office by letter, large letter or parcel the same day or the next day after payment has been received.
Attention: Letters may not be accepted by packing stations, so always specify a normal home address with a mailbox as the delivery address.
When paying via PayPal or credit card, the credit to our account is usually made immediately, which means we ship the next day.
If you pay in advance, it can take a few days, depending on the bank, for the money to be credited to our account. If you would like to shorten the delivery time, you can send us a screenshot/transfer receipt to info@zuckerschmock.shop . The order will then be prepared for dispatch immediately.
