What is the purpose of the "Pink glitter" replacement band for the CGM sensor holder, and does it help if the sensor comes loose?
With the replacement band, you can change the colour or design of your existing SCHMUCK sensor holder or replace an old band. It is not a solution for a sensor that is already coming loose, as wearing it does not replace secure sensor adhesive; in that case, follow your sensor manufacturer's instructions.
Which sensor is the "Pink glitter" replacement band for the CGM sensor holder made for, and does it also fit the Plus generation?
The replacement band is made for SCHMUCK sensor holders, not for a specific sensor: you thread it into your existing holder. The holder determines which sensor fits underneath.
Is the "Pink glitter" replacement band for the CGM sensor holder, or the sensor underneath, waterproof? Can I shower, bathe or swim with it?
The replacement band itself is waterproof. The manufacturer of your sensor determines how deep and for how long the sensor underneath may be exposed to water, and the band does not change that. After swimming, it is best to briefly rinse the band.
Can I exercise with the band without the sensor slipping or being torn off?
Yes, the elastic band is waterproof and can be adjusted continuously to fit your arm, so you can also wear it while exercising. It cannot be guaranteed that the sensor will not slip or come off during physical contact or a fall, as wearing it does not replace secure sensor adhesive.
Can I wash and reuse the band after taking it off, or is it a single-use product?
The band is designed for reuse: machine-wash it at 30 °C on a delicate cycle. Do not iron it at a high temperature or put it in the dryer, otherwise the elasticity will suffer.
What do the sensor armbands look like? Are there different colours and designs?
This replacement band features the "Pink glitter" design. Other replacement bands are available in glitter, metallic, camouflage, ethnic and leopard designs, among others, each for threading in individually.

How long does it take to ship my Zuckerschmuck® order?
We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Your order will normally be sent to the post office by letter, large letter or parcel the same day or the next day after payment has been received.
Attention: Letters may not be accepted by packing stations, so always specify a normal home address with a mailbox as the delivery address.
When paying via PayPal or credit card, the credit to our account is usually made immediately, which means we ship the next day.
If you pay in advance, it can take a few days, depending on the bank, for the money to be credited to our account. If you would like to shorten the delivery time, you can send us a screenshot/transfer receipt to info@zuckerschmock.shop . The order will then be prepared for dispatch immediately.
