We offer various payment options: PayPal, credit card, instant bank transfer, invoice (Klarna), and prepayment. If you pay by credit card, PayPal, invoice, or instant bank transfer, you will be automatically redirected to our partners' payment page.
How do I know if my order has been successfully received by Zuckerschmuck®?
If you receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided, you can be sure that the order has been successfully received by us. If you do not receive an order confirmation by email, please check your spam folder for an email from "info@zuckerschmock.shop" and consider whether you completed the entire ordering process. If you completed the order but still did not receive an email, there may have been a typo in your email address. In that case, please send us an email to support@zuckerschmock.shop with your order name. We will be happy to help you.
How long does shipping take for my Zuckerschmuck® order?
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Usually, the order is sent by letter, large letter, or parcel on the same or next day after receipt of payment. Please note: letters cannot be accepted by parcel lockers, so always provide a regular home address with a mailbox as the delivery address. For payments made via PayPal and credit card, the credit usually appears in our account immediately, meaning we ship the next day. For payments made via bank transfer, it can take several days for the credit to appear in our account, depending on the bank. If you would like to shorten the delivery time, you can send us a screenshot/proof of transfer to info@zuckerschmock.shop. Your order will then be made ready for shipment immediately. If you have received a shipping confirmation and have not received your goods within one week for shipments within Germany, please contact support@zuckerschmock.shop so we can investigate the matter. How long do the stickers last?
The stickers for CGM sensors last for the entire wear duration of the sensor, several weeks to months. They look just as good on the last day as they did on the first. Stickers for readers last several months to years. They can be removed from the device without a trace. Stickers for patch pumps like Omnipod, Omnipod DASH, and Omnipod %, as well as Accu-Chek Solo, can be reused up to 3 times.
