Everyday use
To use it, place the FRIO Glaucoma cooler green in cold water for 5 to 10 minutes. Then carefully dry it without squeezing it and insert your eye drops, vials, or single-dose droppers. This keeps them cool for over 2 days. The bag can be reused as often as needed: simply activate it again in water, with no electricity or gel pack required. Depending on the surrounding conditions, replacement cartridges remain within a temperature range of 16 °C to 25 °C.
The active FRIO bag works through evaporation and requires air circulation. Follow the enclosed instructions for initial activation and regular rewetting.

How long does it take to ship my Zuckerschmuck® order?
We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Your order will normally be sent to the post office by letter, large letter or parcel the same day or the next day after payment has been received.
Attention: Letters may not be accepted by packing stations, so always specify a normal home address with a mailbox as the delivery address.
When paying via PayPal or credit card, the credit to our account is usually made immediately, which means we ship the next day.
If you pay in advance, it can take a few days, depending on the bank, for the money to be credited to our account. If you would like to shorten the delivery time, you can send us a screenshot/transfer receipt to info@zuckerschmock.shop . The order will then be prepared for dispatch immediately.
