If you place a metal pen, an electronic device, an EpiPen, or an allergy pen in your FRIO single cooler, the thin nylon inner bag protects the sensitive device from the moisture created by activating the cooling crystals with water. This keeps the contents dry while the cooler continues to work on the outside.
The active FRIO bag works through evaporation and requires air circulation. Follow the enclosed instructions for initial activation and regular re-moistening.

How long does it take to ship my Zuckerschmuck® order?
We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Your order will normally be sent to the post office by letter, large letter or parcel the same day or the next day after payment has been received.
Attention: Letters may not be accepted by packing stations, so always specify a normal home address with a mailbox as the delivery address.
When paying via PayPal or credit card, the credit to our account is usually made immediately, which means we ship the next day.
