Everyday use
FRIO Crystal Cooling technology works solely through evaporation: when combined with cool water, the crystals inside the bag turn into a cooling gel that keeps your medications cool for a long time, without additional cooling elements or electricity. The crystals’ effectiveness is guaranteed for 1 year, although many people use the bag longer; for optimal performance, replacement every 2 years is recommended. Wash the outer bag by hand in warm water with a mild detergent. For metal pens, electronic devices, EpiPens, or allergy pens, we also recommend a waterproof nylon inner bag to protect against moisture.

How long does it take to ship my Zuckerschmuck® order?
We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Your order will normally be sent to the post office by letter, large letter or parcel the same day or the next day after payment has been received.
Attention: Letters may not be accepted by packing stations, so always specify a normal home address with a mailbox as the delivery address.
When paying via PayPal or credit card, the credit to our account is usually made immediately, which means we ship the next day.
If you pay in advance, it can take a few days, depending on the bank, for the money to be credited to our account. If you would like to shorten the delivery time, you can send us a screenshot/transfer receipt to info@zuckerschmock.shop . The order will then be prepared for dispatch immediately.
